Thirteen years ago Diana Hayes started all-season swimming around Saltspring Island off the coast of British Columbia. She inspired friends and neighbors to join her and today the Salt Spring Seals pull on wet suits, fix masks and snorkels to their heads, and dive into cold Canadian waters three times a week. Join the group as they slide into Vesuvius Bay on a chilly Sunday afternoon in January.
